Chicken-cream curry
Ingredients and tools
- 500g chicken tight
- 500g full cream
- 3 to 5 yellow onions
- some curry spices
- some cumin
- some hot peppers, if desired
- a wok
- some grape seed oil, for cooking
For the spices, 3 parts curry and 1 part cumin works well.
Instructions
- In a wok, cook the onions on high heat
- Dice the chicken
- Mince the hot peppers; keep seeds for a strong flavor, and remove them to have a milder flavor
- When the onions start to become transparent, add some curry and cumin spices
- Add the chicken, along some more spices and the hot peppers
- When the chicken is cooked, put the heat on medium, and add the cream and more of the spices mix
- Marinate a few minutes, mixing
