Chocolate fudge
Ingredients and tools
- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 150g sugar
- 50g flour
- 3 eggs
- fan-assisted furnace, 150 degrees C
- mixer (an electric mixer is simpler)
Instructions
- Melt the butter
- Melt the dark chocolate using a water-bath
- Mix everything while the chocolate is still hot
- Preheat the furnace
- Whisk the mix until uniform
- Butter a mold and pour the mix inside it
- Cook for 25 to 30min
The cake is ready when the blade of a knife that was planted has no chocolate sticking out of it.
